Local Scholarships  

Some local governments allot a portion of their annual budget in education to funding scholarship to their student-constituents.

Ask from your local public officials for local scholarship offers, their qualification and requirements.

Rich local government units have their own respective local colleges and universities (LCU) which offers free education to their residents and a fee for non-residents. You can search online for their websites or better yet ask your LGU for information.
